GRANTHAM TRIP

School exchanges are brilliant for introducing students and staff to new cultures and languages. In a few days, some pupils in Third Year Primary will have an excellent chance to travel to England staying with a host family and attending the Grantham Preparatory School, one of our partner schools abroad.

There are innumerable benefits, as well as potential challenges, involved in the process of sharing one’s home with a young person from another culture, like learning about another part of the world and understanding daily life in another country. When I told my pupils about this wonderful adventure, they felt lucky and grateful for this great opportunity. Everybody is looking forward to our next trip and I hope that the pupils who go on this exchange will come back feeling much more confident and with great memories to tell.
