What a great way to start the month of October. On the first Tuesday of the month a total of 29 pupils from 4th Year Secondary and 1st Year Bachillerato travelled to the sunny Pobla de Farnals to receive sessions on both surfing and paddle surf. Upon arrival we were welcomed by the ever friendly staff at “Inglés y surf” and after a safety briefing we were ready to “catch a few waves”.
In groups, we were shown different techniques that we were able to master through lots of practice with many fun and memorable moments along the way. The day activity proved to be very popular and the students were provided with the opportunity to be active in the natural environment whilst at the same time improving their English. We are already looking forward to our return next year!
