In reminiscence of our summer holidays, students in 5th Year Primary have been reading the book Tom Sawyer in English class. Students have had a lot of fun reading about some of the mischief Tom and his friends would get up to, and have found out many things about this very different era.
We thought it would be a good idea for students to then chose their favourite chapter in the book and reenact it for the class. They made up dialogues and scenes, some students even dressed up, and later used their iPads and the iMovie app to record themselves.
It seems to me that we may have found some future actors at CIL!
